Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for SaaS, product-based, and IT service solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

• Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and communication using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products and market trends.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development/sales in a

    product-based, SaaS, or IT services company

    (mandatory).
  • Knowledge or experience with

    CRM/ERP products

    is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
