  • BDE: Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives

About the Role


We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our Business Development team. Whether you are starting your career as a Business Development Executive (BDE) or have prior experience to lead as a Business Development Manager (BDM), this is your chance to contribute directly to our company’s growth while building strong client relationships and driving revenue.


Key Responsibilities


As a BDE (Entry to Mid-Level):


  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and social platforms, supported by internal business development initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain all client data and interactions in CRM systems.


As a BDM (Mid to Senior-Level):


  • Develop and execute business development strategies for revenue growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Mentor and guide BDEs/Associates in achieving their targets.
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • BDE: 0–2 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
  • BDM: 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build client trust and long-term business relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and pipeline management.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven with leadership qualities (for BDM role).
