We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities and turn them into qualified leads. If you enjoy researching prospects, connecting with the right people, and helping the sales team build a strong pipeline, this role puts you at the heart of our growth journey.


Key Responsibilities


  • Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other platforms
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our services
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target markets and ideal customer profiles
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect information
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools for lead generation


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in IT services/products
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead-generation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to identify and qualify prospects effectively
  • Flexible and adaptive to evolving market trends and demands
