Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in a service-based environment. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
  • Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking
  • Understand client requirements and align them with suitable services offered by the company
  • Prepare and deliver client-specific proposals, presentations, and pricing
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met
  • Stay updated on service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in a service-based company (e.g., IT services, consulting, staffing, digital marketing, facility management, etc.)
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and client acquisition
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Ability to understand and pitch service-oriented solutions based on client pain pointsExperience in upselling and cross-selling services

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
