Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic mindset for planning and executing business initiatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
