Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the business portfolio.
  • Maintain continuous follow-ups with clients for new orders, samples, and feedback.
  • Prepare and share BOM (Bill of Material) and costing for new product inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team for new and ongoing projects.
  • Support logistics and supply chain processes for raw and packaging materials required for samples.
  • Collaborate with R&D and factory teams for product development and sample submissions.
  • Manage MIS reports, monitor monthly goals, and provide project updates.
  • Ensure smooth backend coordination and maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of client coordination and project management.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently.
  • Proficiency in professional email writing and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with strong follow-up and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes (preferred).

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Coordination roles.
  • Experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Working Days & Timings

  • Monday to Saturday (First Saturday Off)
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
