💼 Role: Business Development Coordinator

🕒 Full-time | 📍 Raj Nagar District Center (RDC), Ghaziabad

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business opportunities within student recruitment channels.
• Build strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Handle inbound leads and convert prospects into successful enrolments.
• Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and student engagement activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to meet monthly targets.
• Represent Beyond Immigration at education fairs and outreach events.
• Maintain performance reports and provide strategic insights.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development (Education/Immigration preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and strong at relationship-building.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
