You will build strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions, handle inbound leads, conduct counselling sessions and seminars, collaborate with marketing and admissions teams, represent the company at education fairs, and maintain performance reports to provide strategic insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage new business opportunities within student recruitment channels. - Build strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions. - Handle inbound leads and convert prospects into successful enrolments. - Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and student engagement activities. - Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to meet monthly targets. - Represent Beyond Immigration at education fairs and outreach events. - Maintain performance reports and provide strategic insights. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the Education or Immigration sector. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Target-driven, proactive, and strong at relationship-building. - Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
