Role Overview:


As the Business Coordinator, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. This early-career role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and an interest in education and business development.

You’ll be responsible for lead generation, coordinating meetings, and helping streamline communication between clients and senior team members. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth onboarding journey and building trust with prospective families.


Key Responsibilities


1. Meeting & Communication Coordination

  • Schedule consultations between interested clients and senior team members
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and track meeting outcomes
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams during onboarding


2. Lead Generation & Initial Outreach

  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through LinkedIn, emails, and calls
  • Maintain records of inbound and outbound leads
  • Assist with nurturing warm leads and responding to basic client queries


3. Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to support lead generation campaigns
  • Assist with basic outreach for events, webinars, and partnerships

Qualifications & Skills


  • 0–2 years of experience in client communication, coordination, or sales support (internships count!)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Interest in the education sector or student-focused services
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM tools, outreach platforms, or LinkedIn lead generation
