We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Field Sales Representative with a strong background in B2B sales and industrial electrical systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, has an established network within heavy industries, and can effectively communicate the value of our Power Quality Solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Client EngagementTravel extensively to engage with clients, consultants, distributors, and key stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships within heavy industries such as steel, cement, paper, and with electrical consultants.2. Sales & Target AchievementAchieve and exceed sales targets for Power Quality Solutions.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.3. Technical ExpertiseLeverage knowledge of electrical systems, particularly in UPS, Solar Inverters, APFC, and Drives.Communicate technical benefits effectively to clients.4. Network BuildingUtilize and expand existing industry contacts, including electrical consultants and distributors.5. Sales LeadershipLead regional sales and business development activities, including:Customer visitsLead generationOffer submissionsTechno-commercial discussionsOrder closing and execution6. Customer & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new customers, including end clients, consultants, and OEMs.Expand business by establishing partnerships with reliable distributors.7. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and consultants through regular visits, updates, and value-added support.8. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports for the allocated region.Qualifications & Experience:Educational Requirement: BE/B.Tech (Electrical) with 2-5 years of experience or Diploma in Industry Preference: Background in UPS, Solar Inverters, APFC, Drives.Other Requirements: Valid 2-wheeler driving license preferred.
