Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced and driven Business Development Executives to help accelerate our growth in the US / UK markets/APAC.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in selling AI-powered contact center or CX solutions and a passion for engaging with enterprise clients. You'll work closely with internal teams to position and sell impactful AI solutions that improve customer experience and contact center performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US/UK markets for Contact Center services / solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points in customer support, service delivery, or contact center operations.
  • Present and position AI-driven solutions such as virtual agents, conversational AI, voice/chat automation, and analytics tools to prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales process from lead qualification to proposal, product demo coordination, and closure.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with regular forecasting and reporting.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in CX and AI.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in technology or solution sales, preferably in contact center technology, conversational AI, or CX platforms.
  • Proven experience selling into the US and/or UK markets.
  • Understanding of contact center workflows and familiarity with technologies such as voice/chatbots, NLP, omnichannel platforms, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and opportunities.
