Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and acquire corporate clients for Commercial Lines insurance business
Market mapping, lead generation & sales pipeline management
Present insurance solutions to CXOs and decision-makers
Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
Knowledge of Commercial Line product segments:

Group Medical Insurance (GMC)
Fire & Burglary
Marine
Liability
Engineering Insurance

Manage client queries & renewal relationships in coordination with internal teams
Ensure compliance and documentation as per IRDAI guidelines

Required Skills

Experience in
Commercial / General Insurance Sales
(mandatory)
Corporate sales & client acquisition capabilities
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Relationship building with corporates & insurers
Target-driven approach with strategic selling ability

Education
