Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LS Salesforce and will work in a hybrid model with no travel required. This role involves driving business growth and enhancing client relationships contributing to the companys strategic objectives and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.

Utilize LS Salesforce to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and customer feedback.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities.

Support the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Qualifications

Possess a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.

Demonstrate proficiency in LS Salesforce for managing customer relationships and data.
