Job Description

As a Sales and Target Achievement professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the Generation: You will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through market research, exhibitions, and other channels. - Client and Dealer Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, dealers, and partners will be crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. - Technical Sales and Support: Providing technical explanations of products, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process with your technical knowledge. - Market Analysis and Reporting: Conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, and preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management. In addition to the above duties, you will also be expected to: - Manage a Sales Team: Training and mentoring the sales team, setting performance goals, and providing development opportunities. - Handle Financial and Administrative Tasks: Ensuring compliance with commercial policies and managing expenses effectively. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Working with various teams to provide market feedback and align on strategies. The required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in water treatment. A driving license is also required for this position.
