Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Sofzenix IT Solutions LLP. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on identifying and closing new partnerships and enterprise opportunities.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the customer base through new partnerships and enterprise opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business development, focusing on partnership building and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and its trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to identify new opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
