Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Engage with potential clients (students, parents, institutions, or corporate partners) to promote company offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to optimize conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and closures.
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, seminars, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with field or tele-based sales (depending on role type).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred for experienced roles).
