We are looking for a highly driven and self-motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and identifying intent-driven prospects who are actively seeking Digital Marketing, Branding, and Creative Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to a minimum of 100 potential leads daily via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.
Identify and qualify customers with real intent to purchase digital marketing services
Be highly effective in cold pitching and cold emailing, crafting customized outreach that converts
Maintain an organized CRM with daily outreach records and follow-up tracking
Set up calls/meetings for the senior sales or strategy team
Understand client needs and position the right set of services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content Creation, Branding, etc.)
Coordinate with internal marketing teams to align on strategy and communication
Provide market insights on lead behavior, competition, and campaign opportunities
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent skills in cold outreach (emailing, calling, LinkedIn pitching)
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Ability to consistently meet daily outreach targets and deliver results
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is preferred
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
