Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate with experience in the IVF or healthcare industry to join our team. This role involves promoting and managing IVF camps, coordinating doctor visits, and building relationships with partners and potential clients to expand our reach and increase patient engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the fertility sector, and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: IVF Camp Management: Plan, organize, and oversee IVF camps in collaboration with medical partners, clinics, and healthcare providers. Coordinate logistics for the camps, including venue, equipment, and staffing requirements. Ensure seamless execution of each camp, providing information, guidance, and support to prospective patients. Doctor Visits & Relationship Management: Arrange and manage doctor visits to various healthcare facilities or patient centers. Build and maintain relationships with IVF specialists, gynecologists, and partner clinics to drive patient referrals. Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, ensuring they are supported and well-informed about upcoming events. Business Development & Outreach: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare entities to expand the company's footprint. Generate leads and convert them into opportunities through targeted outreach efforts, including networking, calls, and meetings. Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to raise awareness of the company’s services. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to understand local demand, competition, and opportunities for growth. Gather patient feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service offerings. Provide insights to the team on new opportunities for business expansion and potential geographic markets for camp locations. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report the performance of IVF camps and doctor visits, including patient feedback, lead generation, and conversion rates. Present regular reports to management, detailing key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: IVF EXP IS MANDATORY Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or operations within the IVF, fertility, or healthcare industry. Proven track record of managing events, such as medical camps, and coordinating healthcare professional visits. Knowledge of the fertility treatment landscape and patient engagement practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel as needed to various camp locations and partner sites.
