Pharmacist

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist with a background in IVF to join our team. The Pharmacist - IVF Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medications used in IVF treatments, as well as providing clinical support to our patients and healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

IVF EXPERIANCE IS HIGHLY PREFERABLE.

• Medication Management:
• Manage the procurement, storage, dispensing, and compounding of medications used in IVF treatments.
• Ensure accurate preparation and labeling of medications according to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor medication inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
• Clinical Support:
• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support to healthcare providers and patients regarding medication use, dosage, and administration.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary IVF team to optimize medication regimens and treatment protocols for individual patients.
• Conduct patient education sessions on medication administration, side effects, and adherence.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the safety, efficacy, and integrity of medications used in IVF treatments.
• Participate in medication-related audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Patient Care:
• Assess patient medication histories and identify potential drug interactions or contraindications.
• Provide counselling and support to patients regarding medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and overall well-being.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records, patient profiles, and documentation of pharmaceutical care activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including but not limited to FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist with current registration in [RAJASTHAN].
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting, with a focus on IVF or reproductive medicine preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding techniques, sterile product preparation, and medication management protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
