Business Development Associate

Role Overview: You will be a Business Development Executive at Social Angel Services Pvt. Ltd., playing a crucial role in driving the growth of the donation-based crowdfunding platform. Your main responsibility will be to partner with NGOs, hospitals, and social organizations to create and manage fundraising campaigns that have a real social impact. This position provides an opportunity to engage in purpose-driven work, relationship management, and business growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with NGOs, hospitals, and individuals to onboard them onto the Social Angel platform. - Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors, and NGOs to create impactful fundraising campaigns. - Support campaign creators throughout the process from ideation to successful execution. - Develop strategic partnerships for online and offline fundraising events. - Assist in designing and optimizing campaign strategies to maximize reach and funding outcomes. - Participate in outreach initiatives to increase the number of active campaign creators. - Manage internal and external communications with stakeholders and coordinate partnership agreements as needed. Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills in either Hindi or English. - 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, fundraising, NGO relations, or sales. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal). - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships. - Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong time management abilities. - Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively. - Passion for social impact, partnerships, and business development.,
