Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll play a key role in helping the company reach new customers, explaining our services, converting leads into active users, and building long-term relationships. If you enjoy meeting people, spotting business opportunities, and making things happen, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active users/clients.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to align business ideas with customer expectations.
  • Prepare engaging pitch decks and presentations for clients, partners, or investors.
  • Support the team in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and maximize results.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Create smart, simple strategies to increase brand visibility and reach the right audience.
  • Guide and support junior team members or interns to improve their work and skills.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer experience.
  • Meet sales targets and track performance using clear, data-driven approaches.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, or client visits.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently over the phone/video.
  • Ability to think strategically and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and CRM tools.
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
