Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site industry role that involves extensive travel across India, with all travel expenses covered by the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering top-notch customer service, and driving sales for our specialized additive chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through on-site visits and regular communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a B2B environment, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Drive sales across India, with a focus on the chemical industry.
• Conduct frequent industry visits to meet clients, promote products, and stay updated on market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

  in any field (BBA, Chemical or related background is a plus).

• 0-2 years

  of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Experience in the chemical industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for travel, with a willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:

  ₹2.5 to ₹3 LPA.

• Travel Allowances: All travel expenses for business trips will be covered as per company policy.
