Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site industry role that involves extensive travel across India, with all travel expenses covered by the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering top-notch customer service, and driving sales for our specialized additive chemicals. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships through on-site visits and regular communication. Provide outstanding customer service in a B2B environment, ensuring client satisfaction. Drive sales across India, with a focus on the chemical industry. Conduct frequent industry visits to meet clients, promote products, and stay updated on market trends. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, Chemical or related background is a plus). 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting. Experience in the chemical industry is highly desirable. Strong communication and customer service skills. A passion for travel, with a willingness to travel extensively across India. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: ₹2.5 to ₹3 LPA. Travel Allowances: All travel expenses for business trips will be covered as per company policy.
