Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective partners through research, outreach, and follow-ups. Manage and strengthen relationships with current stakeholders through consistent communication. Collaborate with internal teams to develop client proposals, presentations, and partnership decks. Support lead generation and qualification efforts through market research and CRM updates. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in target markets. Track and report key business development metrics to leadership. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualities 0–2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
