About Job KAS Mentor is seeking dynamic and passionate Business Development Executives to join our growing team. As a BDE, you will serve as the face and brand ambassador of the organization. You will be trained to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, logical thinking, and empathy. Your primary responsibility will be to counsel and guide students, helping them identify and enroll in programs best suited to their academic and career goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and a strong drive to contribute to the growth of both our learners and the organization. Responsibilities • Identify and engage potential students through targeted marketing and outreach strategies. • Counsel students on KAS Mentor’s courses and guide them in selecting the most suitable programs based on their goals and needs. • Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to maximize conversions. • Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and optimize outreach campaigns. • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and student engagement efforts. • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student interactions using CRM tools. • Participate in regular one-on-one meetings with supervisors to provide status updates and discuss progress. • Prepare and submit reports on performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize tasks and workflows. Requirements • Any bachelor's degree • 0–1 year experience • Related experience or internship is preferred Skills required • Excellent communication skills • Good IT proficiency preferred
