Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients by targeting businesses that can benefit from the company's e-commerce platform.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business segments and trends.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored e-commerce solutions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

3. E-commerce & Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in optimizing the company’s online presence and sales strategies.
  • Support clients in setting up and managing their e-commerce accounts.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business growth, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business expansion.

5. Collaboration & Strategy Development

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to enhance the e-commerce experience for B2B clients.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for business growth and market penetration.

Requirements

1. Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or business development.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

2. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
