KAS Mentor is hiring passionate educators to join our Academic Faculty team for Degree-level PSC coaching . If you love teaching and have a deep understanding of your subject, this is your stage! You’ll be working with a team that’s transforming how Kerala prepares for exams. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and concept-driven classes (online/offline). Develop content, notes, MCQs, and practice materials for PSC syllabus. Assist in mentoring and doubt-clearing. Record video classes for the app when required. Collaborate with the academic and creative teams for course planning. Qualifications: Post Graduation in relevant subject Strong grip over Degree-level Kerala PSC syllabus Good presentation & communication skills Prior experience in PSC/UPSC preparation (as a candidate or mentor) Note: Proficiency in Malayalam language is required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 06/06/2025
