Job Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of our services portfolio in the financial consultancy space. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients (startups, SMEs, corporates) for CA, audit, and financial services. Handle lead generation via emails, cold calls, social media (LinkedIn), and referrals. Schedule client meetings and presentations with senior partners. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services (GST, Taxation, Audit, Compliance, etc.). Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams (Audit, Taxation, Legal) to ensure timely delivery of services. Maintain CRM records and weekly reports on client pipeline and conversion. Support branding initiatives including webinars, events, and digital campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Marketing or relevant field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of (Taxation, ROC, GST, Compliance, etc.) is a plus. Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
