We are seeking energetic and self-motivated MBA graduates to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales strategy execution. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, client engagement, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions aligned with our offerings. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies. Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and timely information. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies. Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Support the sales team in achieving targets and preparing periodic reports. Key Skills & Requirements: MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related fields (2024/2025 pass-outs welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving ability. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a quick learner. Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client interaction. Proficient in MS Office, presentation tools Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
