Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales), you will:

• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to generate leads
• Understand client requirements and pitch our services accordingly
• Set up meetings and presentations for the senior sales team
• Maintain lead records and activity logs in CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for proposal development
• Meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion goals

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Strong persuasion and follow-up ability
• Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven
• Organized, with good time management and multitasking skills

Technical & Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with CRMs (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Excel-based tracking)
