About The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Associate to drive B2B client acquisition and revenue growth in the SME and mid-market segment. This is a field-intensive, individual contributor role where you will be meeting clients on field. your potential clients will be Job consultancies, MSME companies, This role is ideal for someone from the classifieds, B2B listings, digital media, or recruitment solutions space, especially those who have sold to SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, pitch, and close new SME business accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships independently.
  • Conduct client meetings and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Generate leads via prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate pipeline and performance data.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Prior experience selling classified listings, recruitment portal or similar services.
  • Strong understanding of the SME customer base and decision-making cycles.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets in an independent sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
