Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Identify, engage, and cultivate new business opportunities within the education sector.
  • Conduct research and connect with potential clients through lead calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s EdTech solutions, products, and services.

  • Deliver customized sales presentations and pitches tailored to the needs of educational institutions, educators, and students.
  • Guide prospects through the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to closure—while providing consultative support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering continuous support and value-added services.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with existing clients.


Qualifications


  • Open to graduates and postgraduates (minimum GPA: 6.0).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and Google Sheets
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Freshers and candidates with

    1–3 years of experience

    in inside sales, business development, or related roles are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in the EdTech or education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role is preferred.
