Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Associate to support our expansion plans and drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and building strategic alliances across industries.

The role includes a performance-based expectation to generate business worth at least 6 times the value of the compensation offered, in alignment with the company’s growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads through direct visits to doctors, hospital management teams, and other relevant professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners through both online and offline channels.
  • Support and collaborate with the Business Development team to drive new market growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, partnership opportunities, and industry challenges.
  • Manage all client communications—both internal and external—via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Represent the company in business meetings and client presentations with a strong understanding of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of leads, follow-ups, and closures using internal tracking tools.



  • Qualifications & Skills Required
    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client handling—preferably in the tech, healthcare, or digital space.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a self-starter attitude.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and field interactions.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
