Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective leads received through marketing campaigns.
• Understand learner profiles, career goals, and skill gaps to

  counsel and recommend

  appropriate Crio programs.
• Drive

  end-to-end sales cycle

  — from initial call to enrollment & payment closure.
• Maintain high levels of productivity, pipeline hygiene, and CRM data accuracy.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
• Serve as a Crio brand ambassador focused on delivering

  value-based engagements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and have consultative conversations.
• Comfortable working with monthly targets and deadlines.
• Prior experience in

  Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / B2C Consultative Sales
