Position: Business Development Associate Job Location: O-530, Gaur City Centre, Greater Noida West, Gaur City-1 Job Type: On-Site Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives Shifts: Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (USA Shift) HR Email: hr.brandrizeup@gmail.com Key Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct outreach and generate qualified leads through various online channels. Communicate effectively with prospective clients (Domestic & USA-based). Understand client requirements and present appropriate service solutions. Schedule meetings, conduct presentations, and support end-to-end sales cycles. Maintain updated reports, documentation, and CRM records. Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and business retention. Coordinate internally with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. Identify challenges proactively and contribute to improving processes. Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience is a plus. Strong command of English (spoken & written) is mandatory. 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or international calling preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in both day & night shifts.
