Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer - HVAC Air Distribution Products Manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through the implementation of quality control processes and procedures. The Quality Control Engineer will collaborate with various teams to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations. We’re looking for someone who can take that story to consultants, architects, and contractors - and turn conversations into long-term relationships. What you’ll actually do: Build a consistent sales pipeline by identifying upcoming projects, consultant specifications, and new opportunities in HVAC, commercial, and institutional segments. Engage with consultants, architects, and MEP contractors - understanding their project needs and positioning Goodwind’s products as the preferred choice. Convert drawings and BOQs into actionable sales — you’ll learn to read airflow specs, diffuser layouts, and propose optimized solutions. Own the entire sales cycle: outreach, presentation, pricing, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with our design, production, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction from inquiry to dispatch. Represent Goodwind at industry events, exhibitions, and consultant meetings - becoming the face of our brand in your territory. Requirements What matters: You have 1–3 years of B2B sales experience - preferably in HVAC, building materials, or construction supply. You understand how projects move from design to procurement and where to create value in that chain. You can explain technical concepts clearly, and you listen twice as much as you talk.
