Role Overview:

Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with school principals, management, and IT coordinators in your assigned city
• Pitch Codju’s AI, Coding, and ICT curriculum and secure onboarding of schools
• Schedule demos, coordinate meetings, and represent Codju in school events and exhibitions
• Maintain a pipeline of potential schools, track leads, and report progress to the regional sales head
• Build and manage partnerships to strengthen Codju's presence across your assigned region
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for school onboarding and student outreach
