Role Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our Trivandrum team. This is a 100% field sales role that involves active prospecting, client meetings, and product demonstrations across Trivandrum, Kollam, and southern Kerala. Key Responsibilities Drive direct field sales and identify new business opportunities. Meet with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Provide regular sales reports and client insights to management. Candidate Requirements 2+ years of proven sales experience (field sales preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with elevator/construction industries is a plus.
