dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA)

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:

    Initiate conversations with potential students, understand their career aspirations, and offer personalized guidance on how AI Vidya's programs can help them succeed in the tech industry.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Evaluate prospects' goals and align them with our program offerings to ensure an ideal fit.
  • Follow-up and Nurturing:

    Regularly follow up with potential clients, maintain engagement, and communicate the unique value AI Vidya can bring to their career journey.
  • Sales Achievement:

    Work proactively to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through a focused, results-driven approach.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Stay up-to-date on AI Vidyas program offerings and continuously improve your understanding to provide expert guidance to prospective students.
  • Relationship Building:

    Cultivate strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    0-6 years in sales or business development, with at least 1 year of experience in EdTech sales being a strong plus.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in any stream. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in B.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, or M.Tech.
  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Exceptional customer engagement skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
    • Passion for sales and achieving targets.
    • Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM or other CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Prior experience handling sales with a ticket size of 50,000 or higher.
    • Basic understanding of EdTech products and services is preferred.
