Job Description

Lead Generation & Sales

  • Identify potential students, corporate clients, colleges, and training partners.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, online inquiries, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining course offerings, features, and career outcomes.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients.
  • Understand client training needs and recommend appropriate courses or customized programs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, and workshops.
  • Represent the institute at events, job fairs, and industry meets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and digital marketing efforts.

4. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups

  • Approach companies for employee training programs and skill development initiatives.
  • Establish partnerships with colleges, schools, and organizations for bulk admissions or collaboration.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and training packages for clients.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business activities.
  • Present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or counseling—preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work under targets and achieve sales goals.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, or lead management systems.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
