Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients and technology partners to establish long-term strategic relationships. Lead pre-sales initiatives by demonstrating ARMS 4 AI’s capabilities and tailoring solutions to client requirements. Drive B2B lead generation and expand market presence in India and abroad. Develop and deliver compelling proposals in collaboration with internal teams. Train, manage, and mentor the sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across industries. Monitor technological trends in geospatial, AI, and related fields to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications and RequirementsEducation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) Or a relevant field aligned with geospatial or agritech industries Professional Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in technology sales, enterprise software, or business development roles Demonstrated expertise in: Lead generation and go-to-market strategy Proposal and pitch deck creation Training and managing high-performing sales teams Negotiating and managing partnerships with vendors or technology providers Domain knowledge in: Geospatial technologies, AI/ML, SaaS, or agritech-related sectors Core Skills Strong technical understanding of AI, cloud computing, software development, and geospatial platforms Business acumen with a deep grasp of financial and commercial aspects of partnerships Ability to structure deals, design pricing models, and execute joint venture or revenue-sharing agreements Soft Skills & Attributes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strategic thinking with a solutions-oriented approach Adaptability to evolving technologies and business landscapes Collaborative mindset, capable of working across technical and non-technical teams What We Offer Opportunity to join a pioneering startup transforming the geospatial industry with AI Strategic leadership role impacting high-value sectors like Agriculture, Infrastructure, Environment, and Defence A collaborative, innovation-driven culture with access to advanced technologies Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
