We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers through calls and emails, and driving revenue growth through relationship-building and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking. Pitch company services to prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels (training will be provided). Maintain accurate records of contact information, call logs, and follow-up activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Negotiate and renegotiate deals via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Schedule meetings with prospective clients and conduct product/service demonstrations. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and meet sales goals. Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback. Desired Candidate Profile: BBA / MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a passion for sales. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development is a plus.
