Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development @ Dystinction.in: Generate B2B leads through cold calling, follow-ups, emails, and digital channels Pitch and present our catalogue of safety, welding, and industrial tools to potential clients Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Client Onboarding & Account Management: Handle end-to-end onboarding of clients post deal closure Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service Travel & Field Sales Support: Occasionally travel with senior stakeholders or independently for on-site client meetings, demos, and closures Visit industrial zones, contractor offices, or project sites as needed CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales in CRM Share daily/weekly updates and reports with the sales head Required Skills: Strong communication & persuasion skills (English & Hindi preferred) Ability to understand technical product specifications (safety norms, welding categories, etc.) Confident in cold calling, lead qualification, and client handling Familiarity with sales software/CRM tools is a plus Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field) 03 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or construction products Freshers with strong interest in field sales are welcome Perks & Benefits: Performance-based incentives Opportunity to work closely with leadership and industry stakeholders Travel allowance & field support Training on products and market segments Certification & growth opportunities within the company
