Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with a passion for IT hardware sales and direct client interaction. This role involves achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead generation, field visits, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge and the ability to independently manage client accounts in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities in Pune and surrounding areas Promote and sell IT hardware products including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, storage devices, and networking solutions Visit clients on-site for meetings, demos, and consultations close deals within the sales cycle Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales target. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, quotations, sales progress, and follow-ups Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling. Coordinate with the technical team for product delivery, installation, and post-sale support Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Head Sales Target & Incentive Structure: Monthly Sales Target Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives as per company policy Quarterly Reviews: Cumulative achievement will be reviewed quarterly for bonuses or recovery adjustments (if applicable) Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any stream. 03 years of field sales experience in IT hardware or related industry In-depth understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, routers, switches, etc.) Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Proficiency in spoken Marathi, Hindi, and English Self-driven with a results-first attitude and strong time management skills Own two-wheeler and valid license mandatory Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email, and Excel Compensation & Benefits: Salary: [Fixed Amount] per month (In-hand) Incentive: Target-based incentive structure (monthly + quarterly) Benefits: PF, ESIC.
