Business Development and Sales Executive

The company ClevDoc Platforms Inc. is looking to hire a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES EXECUTIVE with a minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in software sales within the Banking or Legal Sector. The salary bracket for this position is Rs. 3.6 Lakhs to 5.2 Lakhs LPA, and the expected notice period is immediate. This is an onsite opportunity located at Udyog Vihar Phase 5 Office, Gurugram, and candidates based in Delhi/Gurugram are preferred. ClevDOC is a growing Legal-Tech SaaS Enterprise that focuses on creating platforms for entities in the Banking, Legal, and Document Verification sectors in India. The company's Headquarters is located in Gurugram, Haryana, one of India's Top IT Hubs. The Business Development & Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target markets, including banks, financial institutions, and legal departments. They will develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, drive market share growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management, with a deep understanding of the legal tech landscape and the specific needs of the target market. Key Responsibilities include Business Development and Sales, Client Engagement, Collaboration with cross-functional teams, Market Intelligence, and Relationship Management. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales within the legal tech, SaaS, or financial services industry. An MBA or JD is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively.
