About the Role:

At Ambuja Neotia, we are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Development professional to drive growth in our Real Estate vertical. The role requires strong expertise in market research, feasibility studies, and business strategy, along with the ability to present insights and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Real Estate sector.
• Conduct

  feasibility studies, market research, and realty intelligence

  to assess potential projects.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and

  SWOT analysis

  to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams for business planning, strategy, and project evaluation.
• Track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in

  Business Development within Real Estate

  or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of

  market intelligence, feasibility studies, and real estate trends.

• Proven ability to conduct

  SWOT analysis

  and deliver impactful

  business presentations.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• MBA/PGDM or equivalent preferred.
