Job Role: Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the agency’s long-term goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, pitching, and closing.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at medium to enterprise-level companies.
• Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and creative teams to craft tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales materials.
• Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Provide mentorship to junior business development staff and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
• Report on KPIs and sales performance to senior leadership, offering insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in securing large contracts and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social, content, email, web design, etc.).
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
