We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to close deals and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and referrals. Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, DMs) and handle inbound leads. Convert hot leads into paying clients by presenting tailored solutions. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain and manage client relationships for upselling & repeat business. Coordinate with the marketing & delivery teams to ensure client success. Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts. What We Offer Salary: ₹10,000/month + Attractive Performance-based Commission.
