Role Overview

UGC Video Specialist / Agency Partner

freelance / retainer-based role

Key ResponsibilitiesUGC Video Creation
  • Create

    short-form UGC videos

    (Reels, Ads, Shorts) optimized for

    Meta & TikTok-style formats

  • Record talking-head, lifestyle, testimonial & problem-solution videos
  • Follow creative briefs while adding

    conversion-focused hooks

Editing & Optimization
  • Edit videos for

    ad performance

    (hooks, captions, pacing, CTA)
  • Add subtitles, cuts, and on-screen cues
  • Deliver platform-ready assets (9:16, 10801920)

Performance Mindset
  • Understand what makes UGC

    convert vs just look good

  • Iterate creatives based on ad performance feedback
  • Repurpose UGC for ads, landing pages & social media

Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience creating

    UGC videos for D2C / e-commerce brands

  • Strong on-camera presence or access to UGC creators
  • Understanding of

    Meta Ads creatives & hooks

  • Basic to advanced video editing skills
  • Ability to deliver

    multiple creatives per month on time

Engagement Model
