Business Developer Manager

As a Business Development Manager at FAB Web Studio, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company through your expertise in business development processes and techniques. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking charge of the Business Development Department and ensuring it is directed towards success. - Generating business through various channels, meeting targets, and creating new opportunities. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and clients. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, along with preparing convincing write-ups and messages. - Managing Bidders, reviewing their work, and providing guidance for skill improvement. - Contributing your knowledge and skills to the company's growth. - Providing daily, monthly, and other required reports. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development within an IT company. - Proven track record of generating leads for website and mobile app development projects. - Familiarity with bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH. - Strong technical knowledge of web development projects, including Magento, Drupal, Shopify, and Wordpress. - Understanding of front-end and back-end projects, as well as knowledge of extensions and plugins. - Analytical skills to comprehend project requirements and prepare detailed proposals. - Experience in creating presentations and business proposals for clients. - Proficiency in running campaigns for Google Ads, email marketing, and cold calling. - Ability to communicate effectively with clients via Skype, email, and calls. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Strong negotiation abilities and self-motivation to achieve targets. Educational Qualifications: - Master's degree completion is a must. - Technical background education is preferred. This is a full-time position located in Panchkula.
